What type of events do you attend? Please visit our Events page for event list and details.

Do you have you own power? Yes. We bring our own generator to power our lights etc. The wall itself is battery powered so there is no need for electricity.

Do you have you own lighting? Yes.

Can you bring music to our event? Yes. We have speakers mounted to the top of our 4 climber wall. We are also licenced with APRA and PPCA to broadcast music and radio. You can also supply your own music on CD or MP3 player.

What is the minimum booking? 2 or 3 hours - depending on time of year.

How long does it take to set your wall up? Approx. 30-45mins total set up.

What time do you arrive at events? We aim to arrive 45 mins to 1 hours prior to an event, unless otherwise arranged.

Do you require a deposit? For most bookings. For outright hire events, a 50% deposit is required no later than 2 weeks prior to the event, unless otherwise arranged. Balance payment is due on the day of the event.

Are you Insured? Yes. $20M Public Liability. Proof is available upon booking confirmation.

Do you supply staff? Yes. A minimum of 2 trained staff are supplied.

How many people can climb at one time? 4 climbers at a time. There are 8 harnesses so 4 are harnessed, ready to go waiting.

Do your staff have BLUE CARDS? Yes. All staff hold Blue Cards and are fully trained. We also have at least one fully qualified first aider at all events.

Are you registered with Workplace Health and Safety? Yes.
