What type of events do you attend? Please visit our Events page for event list and details.
Do you have your own power? Yes. We bring our own generator to power our lights etc. The wall itself is battery powered so there is no need for electricity.
Do you have your own lighting? Yes.
What is the minimum booking? 2 or 3 hours - depending on time of year.
How long does it take to set your wall up? Approx. 30-45mins total set up.
What time do you arrive at events? We aim to arrive 45 mins to 1 hours prior to an event, unless otherwise arranged.
Do you require a deposit? Yes. We ask for 25% to be paid within 14 days of making your booking. Balance of payment is due on the day of the event.
Are you Insured? Yes. $20M Public Liability. Proof is available upon booking confirmation.
Do you supply staff? Yes. Trained staff are in attendance at all times.
How many people can climb at one time? 4 climbers at a time. There are 8 harnesses so 4 are harnessed, ready to go waiting.
Do your staff have BLUE CARDS? Yes. All staff hold Blue Cards and are fully trained.
Are you registered with Workplace Health and Safety? Yes.
