Hi Karen,

I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you, Ron and Eleesha for the fantastic job you all did at our recent Active & Healthy Lifestyle Expo.  There is no doubt that the rock climbing wall was seen as the highlight of the day by many who attended.  This statement is supported by the constant stream of climbers (young and old) who moved through the activity over the course of the afternoon.

On what turned out to be an extremely hot day (38 degrees!!), long queues and the heat could have been a recipe for disaster.  Thankfully this wasn't the case as you and the team were able to keep things moving along at a good pace.  Since the event I have received numerous comments about your professionalism, but most of all, about your friendly attitude.  I think this friendliness contributed greatly to people's willingness to wait patiently for their turn.  As you'd be aware, children and teenagers are not renowned for their patience so you are to be commended for your ability to deal with the masses in such a safe and efficient manner.

Once again I thank you for being involved on the day and I look forward to inviting you back to future events.
